Berge Building and Contracting can assit you in finding the right finacing for custom home, custom duplex or custom stilt home.

STEP 4

Once you have selected the model you want to build we will begin the process of applying for your building permit. Building permits typically take 30-45 days for approvals.

Typical construction time for your custom duplex, custom single family or stilt home will be 4-6 months after permit approval.

Custom homes over 4000 total square feet will require more time for construction. Richard Berge will work with your lender on your construction to perm loan.
